This is real work I was given while interning at The Shop. I had so much fun putting on all of my social strategy, copywriting, and design hats on!
Organic Instagram Posts
Idea: The Tiff’s Mix cookies if they had Tinder profiles. Each bio’s personality is inspired by the cookie’s flavor, while poking fun at dating app clichés.
Idea: The internet has been loving reading people’s quirkiest Hinge-Prompt responses. Why not have our cookie that everyone knows and loves take a stab at it?
Idea: These two post leverage the popularity of astrology to drive engagement. The strategy encourages users to tag friends, comment on their sign, and share the post to their stories, increasing reach and interaction.

Idea: On Father’s Day, we recreated our favorite things Dads do that unintentionally bring laughter to the family.
High Engagement Emails
“Guide to the Season”
Idea: We share our seasonal recommendations in a collage inspired by the UGC-style ‘starter pack’ posts popular across socials. Then, we do a giveaway with those items for our followers, including some sweet treats of course! These “Guide to the Season” emails can an be continued for any regular season (e.g. summer, Back-To-School, winder holidays season). Also applicable for social.
“Celebrate the Olympics”
Idea: Tiff’s is promoting the Olympics as an Occasion on the site to buy the Red, White and Blue cookie. Every time the USA wins a gold medal, Tiff’s discounts orders by $5 with code GOLD systemwide.
From Opening Ceremony to the end of the Olympics, we’re going to track the top five selling flavors. Once the final standings are in, customers can come in-store to win one free cookie of the flavor that took first place.
